FYI, this story is more than a year old

Cybera has entered into a partnership agreement with Apex Supply Chain Technologies to deliver a global solution designed to streamline the digital transformation of the retail space.

Cybera, which delivers SD-WAN application network and security services for the network edge, says its partnership with Apex, a provider of self-serve automation solutions such as click-and-collect lockers and order pickup stations for use in retail, restaurants, and foodservice industries, delivers a clear path to the transformation of digital commerce at the network edge.

"This strategic partnership brings additional options to the growing ecosystem of both companies, better positioning customers and partners to scale self-serve solutions across distributed stores and franchisee bases," it says.

"Together, the integrated solution will help businesses drive incremental sales, increase foot traffic, improve customer loyalty, and maximise efficiencies to boost revenues."

Andrew Lev, CEO at Cybera, says consumers want a consistent, seamless, and positive experience, regardless of how or where they engage with a retailer or its brand.

"This expectation is driving remarkable changes in retail. For these businesses, networking, security, and quickly enabling revenue generating services have become a critical focus," he explains.

"When we surround an Apex order pickup solution with a platform like CyberaONE, we create a great way to engage customers, ultimately accelerating their time-to-profit."

Lev says as retailers leverage new technologies to connect with customers more effectively, they need a secure, resilient, and scalable network infrastructure on which to build their digital services.

"Many retailers are quickly realising the importance of developing partnerships with companies that can provide multi-faceted solutions and network reliability," he says.

"Together, Apex and Cybera help brands cost-effectively open new lines of revenue generating services at the edge by providing kiosks and automated platform technologies."

Kent Savage, founder and CEO at Apex Supply Chain Technologies, says the new edge of retail digital transformation is fresh, exciting, and innovative.

"We're pleased to partner with Cybera, to enhance our ability to address customer needs with a proven solution for modernising business applications that improve performance and deliver true innovation," he explains.

"We're looking forward to working with Cybera and helping our customers on a local and global basis effectively monetise their retail footprint."

Lev concludes, "The bottom line of this partnership is that our customers now have a platform to safely accelerate and focus on what they do best - providing diverse, scalable, and reliable customer experiences to grow their businesses."
